This year the Smith County Schools Youth Sports Physicals will be held at the Smith County Ag Center. They will be held April 29, 30 and May 1, 2. from 2:30 pm until 6:00 pm each day. Students can pick up the forms for parents in the UHS office. Please have all forms filled out before you come to the Ag Center for the physicals.
It is recommended that April 29-30 grades K-7th students come for physicals and May 1 - 2 grades 8-12 come for physicals. You can come any day these are just recommended days for different grades.
