Union Heights Elementary Utrust Team is having our annual canned food drive. This cans we collect will be placed in the box at the bottom of the hill from the school. Last year our team collected 1,300 cans to help supply the food box from November 2024, to September 2025. Our collection dates are November 3 - November 21st.
Here are the items we would like to collect from each class:
Pre-K and Kindergarten:
Peanut Butter
Jelly or Jam
Granola Bars
Beanie Weenies
Canned Fruits
Spaghetti Noodles
1st and 2nd Grade:
Dried Beans
Protein Bars
Applesauce
Cereal Bowls
Spaghetti O's
3rd and 4th Grade:
Canned Vegetables (green beans, corn, peas, potatoes, etc)
Mac N Cheese (Box or single servings)
Pop Tarts
Oatmeal
Ramen Noodles
Muffin Mix
5th thru 8th Grade:
Canned Meats (Spam, Tuna, Chicken, etc)
Rice
Corn Bread Mix (like Jiffy)
Spaghetti Sauce
Cake Mix
Pork n Beans
