Homecoming is September 8th-12th for Smith County Middle School . All dress up days must follow school dress code. Hats are allowed as long as it goes with the dress up day.

We are excited to start a new year!!
We are excited to announce the newest members of our athletic program. Mr. Zach Vincent SCMS Girls Head Basketball Coach and Mrs. Maryah Parks SCMS Girls Assistant Basketball coach.
Tryouts: May 22nd and 23rd from 3:30-5pm
April 30th after lunch Auntie Anne's Pretzels will be here for purchase. Permission slips are in the office.
State Testing begins Monday, April 14th until Tuesday, April 29th
We will be taking 1 test each day starting at 8:30am. Students who have perfect attendance through the duration of testing, will have a pizza party the afternoon of April 29th as a reward.

It's a Monster Mash @ SCMS!!
Oct. 31st @ 5-7pm, SCMS will host a county wide Halloween dance. There will be music, dancing, concessions, costume contest, and much more.
Any Smith Co. School student in 5th -8th grade may attend. Students who do not attend SCMS are required to present the signed permission slip at entrance. (attached)
